SETTING OUTLOOK TO DELETE E-MAIL FROM SERVER
Help keep your mail server clean, set-up Outlook & Outlook Express email to delete email from the server.
- Open Outlook
- From the Tools menu, select Email Accounts.
- Choose View or change existing email accounts and click Next.
 - Choose your email account, and click on Edit.
 - Click on More Settings and choose the Advanced tab
- Uncheck Leave messages on server.
 - That should instruct your Outlook application to first download the mail to your loacal computer then delete the mail from the server.
