Since its inception, BreedWorks has been honored with numerous awards for excellence in design. In just these past 2 years, 2006 and 2007, BreedWorks received an impressive 10 awards for a wide variety of work including logo design, illustration, print design, web design and animation. Among the organizations praising BreedWorks for its design are The American Graphic Design Awards and Creativity, both recognized for a high level of competition and quality.
These competitions have long been the benchmark against which individual designers and design firms alike measure their success. Design competitions help to recognize individual artists, graphic design firms and companies that value the art of visual communication on an ongoing basis, through fair judging criteria by real-life design professionals. Being chosen as a winner out of the countless entries, is truly an honor.These competitions attract entries from all over the country, and in the case of the Creativity award, the entry pool is international.
American Graphic Design Award:
This three decade-old competition is presented by Graphic Design USA and is open to everyone in the community: advertising agencies, graphic design firms, corporate, institutional and publishing inhouse departments, and more. It honors outstanding new work of all kinds: print and collateral, advertising and sales promotion, packaging and point-of-purchase, internet and interactive design, broadcast and motion graphics, corporate identity and logos.
For BreedWorks wins, they were selected from over 15,000 entires nationwide and are considered to represent the best and brightest in graphic design. Our work will be published in Graphic Design USA's Awards Annual, a 300-page edition published in December, which will be seen by an estimated 100,000 at ad agencies, graphic design firms, inhouse departments and more during the course of the year.
Creativity Awards:
This is one of the longest running international advertising and graphic design competitions. Categories run the gamut from annual reports to sales films, from magazine photography to consumer Web sites, from logos and trademarks to ambient media. And each year the judges choose the best designs, advertisements, websites, and commercials from all over the world to be reproduced in the 400-page Creativity Awards Annual. Created in conjunction with the pioneering and prestigious Art Direction magazine, the Creativity Awards Annual was one of the first books to showcase leading-edge design not just from New York, but from across America and all points of the globe.
BreedWorks designs were selected from over 2,700 entries from 45 states and 29 countries for this year¹s global competition. According to the judges of the competition, this year's quality was outstanding.
