Images of the Heart & Soul, owned by Darrell and Susan Gray, had been in business for over 20 years before they came to BreedWorks for their assistance in identity and web development. Although, they had fairly good success with sales at industry events across the country, they were looking to improve their online store to generate more internet sales. With a specialty in unique, handcrafted jewelry, they saw that they produced a product that would have appeal worldwide. And in order to mine this wider customer base they needed to have a more professional brand and a state-of-the-art ecommerce website, one that could handle a very broad spectrum of product lines and product specifications. Also key to their success, was the fact that the website must be one they could maintain and update on their own. With a new broader customer pool and a more aggressive marketing strategy, they needed to be able to run specials, feature specific items and sales on a steady and consistent basis. Having a 3rd party developer as part of the equation, to update the site and make monthly changes, just simply could not be a part of the plan. To that end, BreedWorks built a truly unique Content Management website for them that was specifically tailored to their particular business and product offerings. Add to the high-end coding, the new stylish professional look and feel, and you have a site that came out of the gate with a bang. It literally began generating sales the minute it was launched.
